Securitize has launched a platform for trading tokenized US stocks onchain, offering eligible investors 1:1-backed security entitlements to shares in companies including Apple, Nvidia, Microsoft, Tesla and Amazon. The products will initially trade on Solana through Securitize’s registered broker-dealer, with transactions settling in USDC.

The company said Securitize Stocks differ from products that simply provide economic exposure to stock prices because each token is backed by an underlying share and represents a security entitlement under UCC Article 8. Investors retain applicable economic and ownership-related rights, including dividends and voting rights where the underlying shares provide them. The entitlements can also be converted into direct shares where issuer-sponsored tokenization is available.
The stocks are expected to expand to the upcoming NYSE digital trading venue and OKXICE Tokenized Securities Venue, subject to regulatory and operational requirements. Securitize said the structure is designed to operate within the evolving U.S. regulatory framework for tokenized securities and allow regulated secondary-market trading without relying on exemptions.
Trading will initially be available during extended hours, with Securitize planning to move toward 24/7 availability. Jump Trading will provide market-making and liquidity through Securitize’s Solana PropAMM, while Ripple Prime and Aave are among the firms exploring institutional trading, lending and collateral applications for the tokenized equities.
