Circle Internet Group (CRCL) gained 4.60% to $74.89 during Monday trading as investors prepared for crucial Federal Reserve minutes.
The stock rallied after a strong mid-morning breakout, while improving cryptocurrency sentiment offered added support. Attention now turns toward monetary policy signals and CRCL’s important key technical levels this week.
FOMC Minutes on August 19 Could Shape Market Sentiment
Federal Reserve officials will release minutes from their July policy meeting on Wednesday, August 19. The meeting ended with an unusual 9–3 decision to leave interest rates unchanged.
The three policymakers advocated an increase in the rate, which would form the most coherent opposition during the ongoing policy cycle. Investors are now interested in knowing whether the dissenting votes were a representation of the broader interests within the committee.
The minutes might show whether other officials found tighter policy appropriate as well. Further backing of the increased rates may redefine expectations ahead of the meeting in September.
Bitcoin price remained around $64,000, with the broader crypto markets increasing 1.38% to 2.2 trillion. Its horizontal movement indicates that traders are waiting until there is a more tangible catalyst in monetary policy.
CRCL Stock Prediction: Key Levels To Watch
CRCL stock opened on Monday at around $71.60 in pre-market before falling to $71.00.
Being above 74.00 retains the immediate bullish structure. That level is the initial support area after the decisive breakout on Monday.
An upward trend above 75.30 would be an incentive to further advance to 76.00. Better volume will enhance the belief that the rally can prevail.
In case of momentum expansion, Circle stock may soon test $77.50. Nonetheless, the close-by loss can also lead to profit-taking following the steep intraday gain.
A break below $74.00 would place $73.00 back in focus. This weakness may further reveal the fact that shares have been trading below 71.60 before the reversal.
