Monad’s upward trend continued as buyers turned $0.027 from resistance to support. Buyers tried to breach past this level twice previously, but each attempt was unsuccessful. However, in the third attempt, they managed to breach it and were able to defend this level during the recent end-of-September pullback. This success provided a better foundation for the next phase of the upward momentum. As such, Monad [MON] accelerated higher to $0.03398 while increasing volume, which showed that there were many more buyers participating in the breakout. Later on the token retraced back to $0.032257, where it was trading at press time. The move has now brought the price close to its short-term exhaustion zone at $0.032758, which is the latest local high. Its RSI stood at 69.23, nearing the overbought threshold. If buyers are able to maintain control above $0.027, they will continue to maintain the current breakout structure, which should provide an additional basis for upside potential. Consequently, if they lose control below $0.027, it will eliminate the most significant technical improvement since the breakout began and significantly raise the odds of a larger decline. Monad advances its privacy roadmap Monad’s breakout is carrying into a new phase as attention shifts toward the network’s upcoming privacy development. That momentum now gives the privacy announcement greater importance for the next leg of the move. On a post on its official X page, Monad teased “Privacy is coming” ahead of its 6th of October Open Summit. Monad’s existing development tools support private transactional capabilities using zero-knowledge proof technology. Therefore, this establishes a strong base for expanding on the privacy layer for the token. If Monad can expand the privacy layer throughout their entire ecosystem, it may be able to increase value for the network’s utility for sensitive financial activity. This is in addition to potentially increasing the value to users based on the ability to maintain private financial transactions. Still, the token may have a solid fundamental story beyond simply being a momentum play. Monad expands its stablecoin ecosystem Monad’s roadmap is now expanding from privacy toward real-world payment infrastructure, giving the network another path to utility. StraitsX plans to issue XSGD and XUSD natively on Monad in early 2027. XSGD would become the network’s first Singapore dollar-denominated stablecoin. This would provide liquidity within Monad’s existing economy of stablecoins. Moreover, it could offer Monad a more direct connection with regional payment and settlement flows. In addition to providing liquidity for Monad, StraitsX is also looking at exploring cross-border payments and card programs utilizing these assets. This provides Monad with a tangible purpose for deploying the assets beyond the expansion of liquidity, specifically for businesses and institutions. Monad currently holds approximately $692 million in stablecoins. This creates a solid foundation for launching additional types of assets. If usage grows after launch, the integration could translate Monad’s stablecoin capacity into measurable payment activity. Final Summary Monad holds $0.027 support, keeping $0.032758 in focus. Privacy and stablecoin expansion could strengthen MON’s utility and adoption.
